We are proud to announce that KPC Finance successfully advised ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A (formerly KLM S.A.), listed on Athens Exchange Group, and INTRACOM PROPERTIES S.A. both subsidiaries of Intracom Holdings, in their strategic merger, which involved the absorption of INTRACOM PROPERTIES S.A. by ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A. The transaction was successfully approved and finalized in November 2024.

This merger marks a significant milestone in the restructuring of ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS, positioning INTRACOM Group strategically within the hashtag#insurance sector.
