28 Feb KPC Finance Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Real Consulting in the Acquisition of 100% of OTS SA

KPC Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Real Consulting for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of OTS SA. The acquisition will be completed through a share capital increase of €3,681,529.60 through the contribution in kind of 100% of the shares of OTS SA, without pre-emption rights for the existing shareholders of Real Consulting, by issuing 9,203,824 new common registered voting shares, each with a nominal value of €0.40 and an issue price of €5.10 per share, which will be received as consideration by the existing shareholders of OTS SA.
