We are delighted to announce that KPC Finance successfully advised EVROPI HOLDINGS S.A on the acquisition of a 65% stake in the insurance company Europa Insurance, for a total consideration of €30 million. The transaction also provides for the acquisition of the remaining 35% of Europa Insurance in the near future.

Special kudos to Papapolitis & Papapolitis, who acted as legal advisor in the acquisition, and VAP LAW OFFICES, who advised on the approval of the qualified holding by the Bank of Greece.
