26 Apr KPC Finance Advises Intralot on Up to €100m Bond Loan

KPC Finance successfully advised Intralot Group in relation to the issuance of an up to €100 million Bond Loan with maturity date 30.06.2025 and with Arrangers Piraeus Bank and the National Bank of Greece.

Piraeus Bank, the National Bank of Greece, Optima Bank, Attica Bank, and Pancreta Bank are the Initial bondholders and Piraeus Bank acted as the bondholders representative. The proceeds of the Bond Loan will be used to repay the total outstanding capital of the Senior Notes due September 2024, issued by the subsidiary Intralot Capital Luxembourg S.A.
