26 May John Papavasileiou (KPC Finance) Leads Strategic Banking Deal
We are proud to announce that John Papavasileiou, CEO of ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A. and Partner at KPC Finance, successfully led the strategic transaction between CrediaBank and ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A., which will be implemented through a share exchange and merger by absorption. Under the agreed terms, the preliminary exchange ratio results in CrediaBank and ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A. shareholders holding 90.375% and 9.625% of the combined entity, respectively. Consequently, ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A. shareholders will receive 1.446 newly issued CrediaBank shares for each ΕΥΡΩΠΗ HOLDINGS S.A. share held.
The transaction is expected to support the development of an integrated bancassurance model in the general insurance sector, while further enhancing the Bank’s revenue diversification, with particular emphasis on sustainable fee and commission income streams. This landmark transaction reflects the strategic vision, execution capabilities, and advisory expertise behind one of the most significant transactions currently taking place in the Greek market.
