12 May KPC Finance advises Intracom Properties on its € 18.7 Million acquisition for the 46.60% of KLM S.A.

We are proud to announce that we advised Intracom Properties on the completion of its first acquisition of a shareholding participation of 46.60% in the ATHEX listed company KLM S.A. for € 18.7 Million. With the completion of the transaction, the combined commercial value of Intracom Properties portfolio of assets surpasses the amount of € 110 Million.
